Fantastic book! This is not just a cookbook, it is full of information, including the 30 day reset and what to eat coming off your fast. There are your staples in the recipes; broth, sauces and lots of delicious meals including some fantastic snacks and desserts. Meals to balance your hormones, stabilize your blood sugars and these recipes support a healthy gut. It's a beautiful, colorful book. I love it! This will be one of my regular go to books.

I would recommend every woman to read this book. It's phenomenal with a lot of great advice. Great for any woman who wants to do intermittent fasting without disrupting her hormonal cycles. Dr. Mindy shares a lot about the science of fasting, but it doesn't feel like a dense research paper/textbook that puts you to sleep. It's engaging to read and written very lovingly. I have recommended this book to friends and they love it as well!
