EP340 with Caroline Alan
The world has gotten more mineral-depleting, not less. Monocropped soil, filtered water, salt-based electrolytes that create imbalance, and now glyphosate which is being applied to our fruits and vegetables at levels higher than ever and which Caroline explains uses something called the Trojan Horse method to mimic glycine, one of your most essential amino acids.
When glyphosate pretends to be glycine, it disrupts collagen production, glutathione synthesis, blood sugar regulation, sleep, immunity, and your central nervous system. All at once. Without you knowing.
The good news is that nature built a solution long before we needed it. Fulvic acid, one of the two key molecules in humic and fulvic is the only molecule on Earth that can enter your cells, deliver minerals, and carry glyphosate back out.
Humic acid works in the bloodstream, acting as what Caroline calls Mother Nature's janitor, circulating constantly, picking up what doesn't belong, including heavy metals, nanoplastics, and senescent cells.
Minerals don't heal anything — but they are the foundation for everything. And if you don't have them, everything else is harder.

Here's what you'll learn in this episode:
Why you can eat organic, take your supplements, and still be profoundly mineral deficient
The full list of symptoms most people never connect to minerals — brain fog, hair loss, poor sleep, cramping, chronic inflammation, hormonal issues
What a fully mineralized body can actually generate — and what it means when yours can't
The Trojan Horse method: how glyphosate mimics glycine and what that disrupts in your body
How fulvic and humic acids work at the cellular level to deliver minerals and remove toxins daily
The pig studies, the bipolar story, and the five-year-old who transformed in four days on minerals
What's inside The Mineral Reset, and how to use it as the starting point for your health journey
This is the foundation. Whatever else you're doing for your health — fasting, hormones, gut work, nervous system, it works better when minerals come first.

Meet the Guest
Caroline Alan

Caroline Alan is a health survivor, mineral expert, and educator on a mission to shift the way we think about cellular health. After a demanding career in the high-tech corporate world left her physically, mentally, and energetically depleted, Caroline began a personal journey to reclaim her health. That path led her to the world of plant-based minerals and their profound ability to help the body restore its natural balance.
Her transformational experience sparked a deep dive into the science of minerals and human physiology. Caroline explored microbiology, molecular and cellular biology, agricultural soil science, and plant decomposition to understand why minerals are essential and how they truly work in the body. Through that research, she became a passionate advocate for the power of humic and fulvic substances, nature’s way of supporting energy, detoxification, hydration, and vitality at the cellular level.
